7-day money-back guarantee
If Svmmon is not the right fit, email support@svmmonapp.com from the address on your account within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that payment in full. No survey, no retention call. The good-faith terms below keep the guarantee fair.
Good-faith use
The guarantee is for trying Svmmon, not for getting a month of work for free. You are past it once you have generated more than 25 AI slideshows, or more than half your plan's monthly slideshows, whichever comes first. Manual slideshows you build by hand do not count against this.
First billing period only
The guarantee applies to your first payment only, the one that starts your subscription. It does not apply to renewals.
One refund per customer
The guarantee is available once per customer. Opening a new account to re-trial it does not qualify, and we may decline refunds on accounts created to work around this.
Annual plans
Annual plans get the same 7-day window, measured from your first payment. The same good-faith and one-per-customer terms apply.
After the 7-day window
We do not offer partial-month or pro-rated refunds after the initial 7 days. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account page and your subscription will stop renewing at the end of the current period.
Ask, do not chargeback
If you want a refund, just ask us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us will revoke access and ban the account. We would rather sort it out directly and part on good terms.
